We were into the Beatles and pinball. Everything was about working, business, making money, buying stuff, getting ahead in the capitalist sense. There is more to life than money. There should come a point when you ask yourself what can I do to make me happy beyond these material things I’m surrounded by. I went to a Catholic elementary school where we pledged allegiance to the Queen and listened to the national anthem Oh Canada every day.
