Presumptions? or Facts! The State operates on presumptions. Courts operate on presumptions. But what binds me to their presumptions?Where's the contract? What obligations in the contract am I allegedly bound to perform? Did I agree to it? Was the contract valid? Was mutual consideration exchanged? What type of consideration was exchanged? What is in the contract that I am supposed to perform? Was I aware of the contract? Was the contract fully disclosed? Did I sign the contract with my autograph in ink?Statutory laws are public servant codes for society's slaves; for agents of government. We're all presumed to be employees and servants of the state. But, we're servants of God instead; students of the earth, charged with its cultivation and care.

Stop foreclosure with a question. The Magic Question that will debunk any foreclosure is this: Ask this questions in court. "Should the one who funded the loan be the one who is repaid the money debt?" It the answer is Yes or No, the bank must zero our the false debt on their fraudulently created none-existent loan. There was no lawful loan made by the bank to the so-called borrower. All bankers, politicians, and judges know this truth, and they fear the wrath of the public should their dirty secret ever become known my a critical mass of the people that they have for decades been defrauding. The so-called borrower. Bankers will not answer this question in any courtroom in the world because they know that the borrower is the one who actually funded the loan. They also know that the evidence of this fact can easily be found in the bookkeeping loan entries of the bank. According to GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).

Commercial Law Applied Book PDF/Epub Download

The principles, maxims and precepts of Commercial Law are eternal, unchanging and unchangeable. They are expressed in the Bible, both in the Old Testament and in the New. The law of commerce -- unchanged for thousands of years -- forms the underlying foundation of all law on this planet; and for governments around the world. It is the law of nations, and of everything that human civilization is built upon. This is why Commercial Law is so powerful. When you operate at the level of Commercial Law, by these precepts, nothing that is of inferior statute can overturn or change it, or abrogate it, or meddle with it. It is the fundamental source of all authority, power and functional reality.

Straw Man Arguments Book PDF/Epub Download

This book analyses the straw man fallacy and its deployment in philosophical reasoning. While commonly invoked in both academic dialogue and public discourse, it has not until now received the attention it deserves as a rhetorical device. Scott Aikin and John Casey propose that straw manning essentially consists in expressing distorted representations of one's critical interlocutor. To this end, the straw man comprises three dialectical forms, and not only the one that is usually suggested: the straw man, the weak man and the hollow man. Moreover, they demonstrate that straw manning is unique among fallacies as it has no particular logical form in itself, because it is an instance of inappropriate meta-argument, or argument about arguments. They discuss the importance of the onlooking audience to the successful deployment of the straw man, reasoning that the existence of an audience complicates the dialectical boundaries of argument. Providing a lively, provocative and thorough analysis of the straw man fallacy, this book will appeal to postgraduates and researchers alike, working in a range of fields including fallacies, rhetoric, argumentation theory and informal logic.

Common Law Natural Rights Book PDF/Epub Download

Common law is explored as the alternative to natural rights as a means of restricting state power. The separation of powers is weighed in the balance and found wanting as a brake on state power. The underlying root of this inability is discovered in the philosophy of natural rights. Natural rights gave birth to the separation of powers, but neither the former nor the latter has been able to restrain government. This failure is highlighted in detail, and the alternative means to the same end, the common law, is brought to the fore.

Is there more to words than meets the eye? Let us tumble down the rabbit hole to explore the world of magic, words, and legalese, and I will show you proof that there is more to words than meets the eye. Once you learn how powerful words are and know how to wisely apply them to your life, you can effectively use them to exercise your rights, manifest your desires, overcome your fears, achieve spiritual freedom, and motivate kings and governments to bow to you with awe and reverence. What Is Word Magic? Word magic is "the art of using sacred sounds and symbols, and hidden forces to direct and control energy to produce certain desired effects or marvels." All words have magic properties. However, certain words have more magic properties for the reason that they carry more energy and intention. This is why during magic rituals certain words are used more than others. Because word magic uses sacred sounds and symbols, and hidden forces to direct and control energy, it is one of the most effective tools for achieving desires, programming the mind, or changing reality. Its magic power to reprogram the mind, causing reality to change is one of the reasons that it is heavily used by corporations, such as religious institutions, banks, courts, and governments. Some of the word magic techniques that are used by corporations are shockingly revealed in this enlightening book. The empowering knowledge in Word Magic: The Powers and Occult Definitions of Words has the potential to unlock many doors of your mind, allowing you to explore a hidden world where you can use words to shape matter, control your destiny, and reprogram your mind. Modern Money Mechanics Book PDF/Epub Download

From the introductory. The purpose of this booklet is to describe the basic process of money creation in a "fractional reserve" banking system. The approach taken illustrates the changes in bank balance sheets that occur when deposits in banks change as a result of monetary action by the Federal Reserve System -- the central bank of the United States. The relationships shown are based on simplifying assumptions. For the sake of simplicity, the relationships are shown as if they were mechanical, but they are not, as is described later in the booklet. Thus, they should not be interpreted to imply a close and predictable relationship between a specific central bank transaction and the quantity of money. The introductory pages contain a brief general description of the characteristics of money and how the U.S. money system works. The illustrations in the following two sections describe two processes: first, how bank deposits expand or contract in response to changes in the amount of reserves supplied by the central bank; and second, how those reserves are affected by both Federal Reserve actions and other factors. A final section deals with some of the elements that modify, at least in the short run, the simple mechanical relationship between bank reserves and deposit money.

The sovereign citizen movement combines radical anti-government activism with well-placed lies and carefully structured conspiracy theories about the origins of the United States. Inside, the author exposes the strange, the interesting, and the dangerous, and deconstructs, decodes and deflates the global sovereign citizen movement. The most elaborate conspiracy theories often contain a morsel of truth. This is certainly the case when it comes to the sovereign citizen movement. This movement is not structured, and it has no leader. Yet its ideas have spread around the world in the past thirty years. From the United States to the United Kingdom and all the way to Singapore, you can find instances of sovereign citizen activists splashing the headlines and popping up on YouTube. Most often, sovereign citizens defy the police when they are pulled over for breaking traffic laws. A sovereign citizen will tell the police that they have no lawful authority, no rightful jurisdiction and that they work for a "corporation" known as the United States. Usually, this does not end well for the sovereign citizen. Sovereign citizens will also spread their anti-government activism in YouTube videos, in fraudulent court filings and through elaborate moneymaking schemes where they pose as lawyers and judges. These con artists have swindled millions of dollars from the United States government and perhaps much more money from regular citizens. This book explores the origins of the movement, the conspiracies that form the foundation of the movement and the common words and actions that sovereign citizens adopt and use. Joe Pometto is a licensed attorney in Pittsburgh, PA and a United States Air Force veteran. He also has a YouTube channel called "Attorney Audits Agitators" where he analyzes encounters with sovereign citizens and other movements that brush up against the law.

Imagine a world where babies are born and their names are instantly turned into corporations. Where birth certificates are worth millions. Where colonists took the law of the seas and imposed it onto the land. Corporations were classified as 'Persons' and had the ability to control, imprison and extract money from people. Where for certain groups of people, it was illegal to learn how to read and write or even own property. This isn't an imaginary world...this is the 20th century in the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA...allow me to explain.
